Imagination has no limit..

 Hello everyone,

Hope you all had a good weekend?

Mine was spent going through my sketch books and journals
i've so many unfinished pages and I'm amazed how many pages
have scenes, sketched, painted or built up with mixed media.

Adding a stamperia rice paper face I painted in hair and gave her
a lacy blouse. Words from the same rice paper seemed to give me
permission to include random die cuts adding to her eccentricity.

I love this huge layered die cut Rose by Lisa Jones,
this eccentric Victorian Lady wears it so well..

*As today is International Woman's Day..
Be proud of who you are..
YOU can be who ever you want to be*

Wishing you all a super week,
stay safe & creative

Hugs Tracey xx

Oh very good, Tracey. The lady does indeed look eccentric and has interesting square spectacles. I love the way you used lace to make her high-necked blouse, that works really well. The two little flowers are looking in admiration at the star, the Single Flower (at least that's what the Single Flower thinks). Your lady is very thoughtful as she looks over the landscape.
Thanks very much for this interesting and beautiful art on my theme, Tracey.

Those aren't flowers, Tracey. They are BLOOMS. The flower is that beautiful rose she is wearing in her hair. This is really stunning. I love the lace, the texture paste, and the colors in addition to the beautiful girl. This is a stunning entry for Sheila's theme at Art Journal Journey.

That was a clever way to finish off this page Tracey. The lady really fits those words and looks perfect on your page. She looks like an Adelaide to me. A beauty too. I really like the texture on the left too. You've given this whole spread such great dimension. Thanks for sharing this art with us at AJJ. Hope all is well. Hugs-Erika

Gosh Tracey, it's amazing the difference adding that beautiful lady with her floral hair accessory and lacy blouse has made to this previously unfinished journal page. She looks as though she is longing to explore the wonderful scene in the distance. Thank you for sharing it with us at The Funkie Junkie Boutique blog xxx
