Paperbabe Stamps Challenge #146 ~ Anything Goes

 Happy Friday everyone,

Time for a new Paperbabe Stamps Challenge #146

There's a Paperbabe prize to be won up to £20*
for one randomly chosen participant... HERE

Today my Design Team project is a page from my journal..
Blog visitors will already know I have a love for portraiture and flowers
this piece is very much back to basics coloured using just pencil and paint.

First stamping out her face, her hair was drawn by tracing around a template.
Given a floral crown she is painted with fresco paint then coloured with pencil.

Given wings you may be led to believe she is a Fairy but please do not be
mistaken for she's a Butterfly Girl ready to spread her wings and be seen.

Look forward to seeing your

Stay safe & Creative
Hugs Tracey xx

Hi Tracey, your butterfly girl is fabulous. Love the delicate colours and how sweet she looks. Wouldn't be good to have butterfly wings and be able to fly?! Have a wonderful weekend! Thanks, too, for joining us at AJJ, much appreciated! Enjoy your weekend, hugs, Valerie

I can tell you love faces and flowers, and your work shows it Tracey. She is lovely. Sometimes going more basic is all a piece needs, and this is certainly true for this lovely fairy lady. She is perfect for Mia's butterfly challenge. Thanks for sharing your piece with us at AJJ also. It's always nice when you join us. Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs-Erika

Gorgeous make Tracey! I love colouring with pencils, I find shading so much easier with them!
The Rose layers are obviously very versatile, they look so different here from my own make. x
