Creative Artiste's June Challenge #72 ~ Anything Mixed Media Goes

Hello Creative Friends,

First Friday of the month and time to welcome you
our theme is always Anything Mixed Media Goes.

This shared mixed media journal page was created some months back,
during cold dark days with a longing for some warmth and sunshine.

Torn papers collaged onto the page are painted with my finger,
as a magazine image pasted on top is over painted
adding back every little detail.

Tim Holtz Brushstroke flowers #1 are cut from fabric,
painted and sewn together with a recycled button.

Summer has very much began to show her face this past week
in my little part of the UK and i've really enjoyed seeing
the Birds, Bee's and Butterflies embrace it too..

Here's a little addition to fill that Summery Sky..

If you like to mix up your media, please come and share
with the Creative Artiste Design Team and join our

*Anything Mixed Media Goes*

Wishing you all sunshine
Stay safe and Creative
Tracey xx

  12. The gorgeous flower just illuminates her beautiful sun-kissed face and the Peacock butterfly is just the icing on the cake, and so perfectly placed to add that extra feel of summer. Summer has certainly arrived here and looks set to continue for a week or so more!

I hope you get a little time to enjoy the sunshine! Hugs, Anne xxx
