Paperbabe Stamps Challenge ~ #131 Picture Inspiration

 Hello Creative Friends.

It's time for a new challenge over @ Paperbabe Stamps

This fortnight we give you a Picture for Inspiration below.
Use it to inspire you and come share your creativity HERE.

*Here's my interpretation of the challenge*

Inspired by the colours and shapes in the picture prompt and techniques
discovered during a Laly Mille workshop I created a divided journal page.

Working within the lines I've used scraps from previous Paperbabe
creations using Paperbabe STAMPs and STENCILs, embossed pastes,
paint, leaves and lace to create a mixed media journal page..

Here's a closer look of my two favourites

A happy little leaf family..

Uplifting quote from Picasso alongside a dormant Sunday best dress..

Whether i'll keep this A3 page as it is, create a smaller journal
or divide each section individually, i'm undecided but I must say
the process was very relaxing to work on from start to finish..

Look forward to seeing your

Stay safe & creative
Tracey xx

I missed the Laly Mille free classes because I was offline due to losing my electricity. By the time I was back online, the free classes were gone. POOF. I adore how you sectioned the page into smaller squares and I love how you painted and stenciled the squares, too. Thank you SO much for sharing this incredible inspiration piece with us at Art Journal Journey using Chris's theme.

You had me at the inspiration photo but oh my goodness, your finished piece of art is just beyond beautiful. I thought it was a piece of fabric at first and now, I want it to be fabric, I really can just imagine how beautiful it would be! The leaf family is gorgeous and I love the Sunday best dress. A truly wonderful piece of art Tracey...

Keep safe and well. Hugs, Anne xxx

Gorgeous artwork. The page looks like an unfolded book. I can see why those two are your favourites. Happy PPF, Tracey!

interesating! This is something I never tried so far. I like the finished piece. The layout, the soft a bit moody colors and how the different pieces fit together.
Lovely!
Take care. :)

Hello dear Tracey, so good to be back on your blog again! Thank you so much for your sweet visit to my little nook in Blogland. The way you compared instagram to a drive through, that's so true.
I love this piece you created and I think it would make a wonderful little book. But then, I'm very partial to books ;) Plus, it would be a very good reason to create things on the back of the pages as well, even more of this goodness. So fitting for autumn too.
Wishing you a beautiful day and sending you big hugs xx

Sorry I am so late getting by to visit Tracey. I love your pieces here. The colors are so wonderful for this time of year. And making blocks with different art in each is a great idea. So glad you could join us one more time for Chris' challenge. Hope your weekend is going well. Hugs-Erika

What a fabulous idea Tracey and it looks absolutely beautiful! I love how you sectioned it off and each piece is a smaller work of art within a large work of art! Take care and have a very happy November, Sue xx

Absolutely gorgeous, Tracey. So moody and full of gorgeousness! Love your colours and am intrigued by the technique you used. It's ethereal and those pops of colour on the otherwise muted background are gorgeous. Stunning work :-)

Wow, I'm so sorry I'm so late in visiting, it seems I missed quite a few of your posts! Your page of panels is gorgeous and such a great way to use up all those Paperbabe scraps, they are so beautifully designed that it looks like you made each one from scratch though ...lol 😀. The autumnal phot inspiration is so beautiful, I love the images that were used and I'm looking forward to joining in the fun too! Thanks for the inspiration and wishing you a happy Friday and weekend! Hugs, Jo x
