Monday mixed media mumble..

 Hello everyone,

a quick Monday mumble inspired by a cobweb I caught sight of
in the dead of the night outside my bedroom window...

A glue drawn web upon an interference painted black page
I hope Mr Moth manages to escape before the spider spots him..

I also hope Mr. Moth escapes. This is a fantastic piece. I like using the glue to make the web. It gives it just enough dimension and lots of texture. Your moon is also fantastic! Nice and spooky for Halloween and these late fall days. Thanks for sharing all these lines for Chris' challenge Tracey. As always, much appreciated. Happy new week my friend. Hugs-Erika

OMGosh, Tracey. Not only is this incredibly beautiful, it is creepy in a very good way. I'm so impressed with your painting and that spider scares me. Glad it's in the computer and not on my desk. Thanks for sharing this amazing art with us at Art Journal Journey using Chris's theme. Lots and lots of creepy lines here, dear.

Oh! That poor butterfly! This is a beautiful entry for my 'Hold The Line' theme Tracey, Thank you! We had a huge web at the top of our outside steps with a beautiful spider in it...until our caretaker brushed it away - haven't seen him since! Hugs, Chrisx

A fabulous piece Tracey, that spiders web looks so realistic - but I'll stay well away - I'm not too keen on spiders!
Thanks for sharing with us at Try it on Tuesday

Wow, what a gorgeous page! Loving how you created the spiders web in the light of the moon with the dark midnight sky background - so beautiful 😀. I won't look at the spider for long though - eek! Thanks so much for joining in the fun at Try it on Tuesday! Hugs, Jo x
