 Hello everyone,

Desk sharing day over @ the stamping ground

It's all looking a bit higgledy-piggledy on my work desk, leftovers
from recent projects and bookmarked journal pages to be finished.

The colour swatches are there as a reminder of a tutorial that caught
my attention, I feel a playday coming this weekend as mine is free.

Managed to recycle an old frame big enough for my *Mona my way*
Minus her flower and Party hat she was modeling last week 😁
she's now waiting to join a few others on my gallery wall..

Look forward to some catch ups and seeing
what's on your work desks this week.

Stay safe & creative
Hugs Tracey xx

Aw.no party hat. Oh well, she is lovely and her smile has just the right bit of secret smug-ness but in the best way. The frame is perfect!

Morning Tracey. Mona looks great - well done. Those colour swatches look exciting - enjoy your play day.
Thanks for visiting already - if you do indeed get up here for a visit once the border is open - I'd love to catch up with a panad (a Welsh cuppa) - I am so near to Conwy
Take care. God bless.

Your painting is fantastic! I loved her with her hat, flower and paintbrushes, I do hope she’s going to have them back before you hang the painting properly! You are a woman of many talents!

Did you really paint Mona Lisa? She looks just like the original - I mean she is very recognizable! It looks fantastic! I often wonder what sort of art Leonardo would be doing if he lived in our modern times - I think he would be a mixed media artist, don't you - given that he liked to experiment! The frame is just perfect for it too. The only way I could do something like that would be with an image transfer LOL! Enjoy your week, Tracey! xx zsuzsa #28

I much prefer your Mona Tracey - the original is small, dark and disappointing in the flesh. Have fun playing at the weekend. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Hi Tracey, nice busy desk today. I am trying to use up left-overs but then found the Hobbilicious site and thier gorgeous MDF pieces. the one on my desk is a clock shape and also comes with extras if you want them. They have some great products. Good luck in using up your left overs too. Take care my friend and have a happy woyww, Angela x19x

Oh well done Tracey, Mona looks fab in the frame. I do like the paintbrushes, although I’m missing the flower! Glad to read that you have some down time available, and of course, very impressed that you’ve going to use it to do some learning in paint. enjoy!

Hi Tracey....just getting around as you can see! Thanks for stopping by my desk and your lovely works about my ATC's I agree about the detail in those little guys. It's not as intimidating as a HUGE page or canvas, that's for sure!! I like your paint palette. I think I just ordered one similar. I usually use pans, but last year had gotten some tubes that I wanted to try out and never got the palette. Here's hoping it keeps everything IN!! LOL That frame looks good with your "Mona my way!" I love getting old frames in what not shops. They are little treasures! Thanks again for stopping in and have an awesome weekend! :) Felicia #25

Lovely creatively messy desk Tracey! I will probably start listening to You Tube as well, now that my TV isn't working. And like you, it's not the visual, but the droning on of the talking, sometimes something interesting pops up and I look, but that's about it. I will have to find something other than craft videos to watch though, because those I do watch! Thanks for your visit, have a great week, Lindart #30

Wow amazing painting, your way is certainly a good way.... as for my pond...
Sorry I'm a bit late this week but I was digging a pond Wednesday then food shopping and trying to source some plants yesterday whilst the boys replaced some fence panels then I had to go clear up the garden AGAIN. Thanks for the visit BJ#9

Mona looks very smart in her new frame, and I love all those colour swatches! Thank you for your visit, and I'm glad the kitty bums gave you a good laugh! Never mind about your daughter and the juicer - I was just curious! There are so many different ones. I adore bluebells and one of my favourite things is a beech wood in spring with a carpet of bluebells! Lily and Ruby were really cute when they were tiny, weren't they. Utterly irresistible.

Happy belated WOYWW,

Sorry I am so late but back is really bad plus I have had 267 spam comments to delete since Wednesday. So time consuming, especially when you don't feel like bothering. Someone obviously is targeting me.
Love your Mona - now I need to see her in the party hat - off to investigate.
Hugs, Neet 5 xx

Hoping your enjoying a playday. Love your desk, with all the organized paints
A little late with the visit, but between 2 days of router issues and time away I'm still trying to get printers in sync. Thanks for your visit. Enjoy the weekend.
