Busy Bee's and WoywW #534

Hello Everyone..

I've been away camping for the week but it's
nice to be back sharing my desk this Wednesday
thanks to our host Julia over at the stamping ground..

I'd forgotten just how out of control this area is
hardly an inch spare to squeeze in and create!

Here's what's amongst one pile, a batch of Bee cards
stamped and coloured with a variety of sentiments.

Sat in the garden early morning with a cuppa,
this card will be flying off to a friend today
but I thought i'd share it up close with you and the ladies
over at TioT and their In my Garden there is challenge first.

Look forward to catching up with you all and seeing
WOYWW in between wading my way through the washing..

Creative Hugs
Tracey xx

Hi Tracey, love your cards and your workspace. I seriously need to reorganise mine, but my desk is right by the window - great for light but not for storage. Thanks for all your visits and kind comments. Don't let the washing get you down too much, Jo x

I love your bee cards, Tracey, and how beautifully you have coloured them. The bees look ready to take off and fly away! I have a couple of bee stamps and various honeycomb-making stamps, stencils etc. I have a friend who is a bee keeper and I usually try and make her a birthday card that features a bee. Thank you for your visit and for your supportive comments about my PIP assessment. I just wish the whole thing was over but I wish even more that I didn't have to go through it at all! We had such a lovely day on the moors and my chariot did pretty well! I'm glad you liked my make-up remover pads. They were fun to make but quite tough to sew threw the layers.

Happy WOYWW,

Hi Tracey, love your cards. The bees are so like the real thing - that's down to your beautiful colouring - and not at all scary. I'd offer to help get your desk under control again but really would you want me to do that - I'm sure you know where everything is as it is. Have a great week. Elizabeth x #19

Lovely cards - I find that anything with bees on goes straight away! I walked past a big clump of ivy flowers yesterday and there were hundreds of little bees all over it - my son a nd I stood and watched for ages. Hope you had a good time camping, the weather has been alternately amazing/rainy..hope you did ok!

Wow, that is a big bee stamp, absolutely beautiful and what lovely cards. I adore bees, ever since the bomb in Manchester I have become addicted to them, even searched and searched until I found a bee necklace I liked which I wear when i go out - not that often but I look at it other days. We went on the bee hunt in Manchester which took us about three days in total, it was great fun and I ended up with a bee painted on my face - never too old for a bit of fun!
Glad you had a good week away, camping? Tent or caravan?
Hugs, Neet 2 xx
ps hope hubby is feeling ok these days

I just love those cards - I have a real soft spot for bees. I've been potting up plants to try and entice them into my tiny garden.

Thank you for your always lovely comments over at mine. You don't need to have your time again! I am 42 and only just starting with textiles. I wish I'd started earlier - way earlier but I'm starting now. And my creative space is fab - it took a long time to get it - it's in my garage. The only trouble is it's only properly usable for a few months of the year - right now t's like a sauna out there and then in the winter it's freezing. I get a few weeks in spring and autumn when you can't get me out of there :D

See you next week! Carmen x #30

Hi Tracey,
Thanks for stopping by. Your mum is a better woman than me, knitting for 7 year olds. I think my cut off point is more like 5!
Your workdesk is clearly a hive of industry, and your gorgeous bee cards have left me buzzing!

Tracey I had to smile seeing your desk, oh my, it looks like mine - I never have much place for creating on the table , lol-
I hope you had a lovely camping week, and I look forward seeing you on my blog, again, -I`m saying this because so many strange things are happening with blogging, for me, - so in fact I don`t know if you have been there, the last two posts I did,- or if your comment has been rejected ? Your bees cards are wonderfully sweet , -the stamp seems quiet big , and beautiful. Dear friend, I hope you are soon on the end of washing the vacation clothes , and wish you a great weekend, soon there, again.
Biggest hugs and take care . Dorthe xxxxx

Hope you enjoyed a week of other pastures and fresh air. The bee cards are just lovely...see, I would have shivered at the size of that image and imagined it always on a square card, but it loses none of its impact in being trimmed for the C6 size. You are so clever...your inspirational eye is terrific.

LOL. Your workspace looks much like mine at the moment, except for the bee cards. The bee image you used is gorgeous. I just got one of those mini die cutting machines, it is such a useful size for the small stuff.

You certainly chose a great time to go camping with the weather we have been having, I hope you had a great time. I hope you have a lovely weekend ahead too. Hugs, Anne xx

And I love the bee card. It is adorable. Thanks so much for joining us at Try It On Tuesday with this fabulous garden inspired piece. Hugs-Erika
