It's WOYWW 474 and time to share whats on our desks.
Over at the stamping ground our host Julia points us in the right direction
so we can share ours and take a peek at many others.
I have to put my hands up this week and say this space is sadly staged
due to on going computer issues and the fear I may not be able to post this at all.
So.. here's the contents of my latest purchases from the CCS at the NEC last Friday,
this is the first time I have EVER attended a craft show with a Crafting budget.
My gosh it was hard but I managed it.. YAY..!! All this for under £50
with a couple of quid left over for the Laptop piggy bank fund.
I was so lucky to pick up a couple of the scrap bags of upholstery fabric from the Millshop.
A bargain at £5 a pack and just the ticket to recover a seat pad in a well loved arm chair.
Sizzix Bigz dies, half price & half price again..
Frantage embossing powder 3 for £5 and more BEADS!!
Some of you have previously asked about my handmade jewellery.
This is a simple piece I made around 8 years ago and comes out every Summer,
the wire links are all hand crafted and the gemstones are Impression Jasper.
At the Craft Show I managed to spot some pre-drilled Impression Jasper pendants
a bargain at £1.29 each, it was so nice to be able to hand pick the sizes and shapes.
I'm keeping these close to hand as I feel some new pendant ideas coming on!!
Thank you for you lovely comments and visits last week i'll be round to visit asap...
and to all my blog Buddies out there who celebrate independence day..
**HAPPY 4th of JULY**
Creative wishes
Tracey xx

What a wonderful bag of bargains! Have fun. I sympathise with your lap top issues, mine has hissy fits and collapses at least once a day. Hugs, Valerie
WOW, Tracey, I am lusting for that fabric, especially the elephant. You did good, but that would be over 2/3 of my ANNUAL craft budget. Looks like you got a lot of beauties that I can't wait to see what you make. Those gems are incredible, too. Hope your Wednesday is great. Waiting for Julia to wake, so can link.
that is a very good bag of goodies, well done for sticking to your budget. Helen #?
Morning Tracey, you did do well at the show, all that stuff for £50, very restrained of you. That Jasper is gorgeous, thanks for sharing

It's becoming more and more depleting, I need to reboot now and hope it will revive it for another day xx
Wow, that was really wise shopping and you were very restrained in your purchases. Some great bargains there, I cannot get over the price of those Sizzix dies. Well done Tracey!
Love the pre-drilled pieces for pendants, will be nice to see them alongside your necklace, or are you going to incorporate one?
Good luck with the computer fund, hope you get sorted, it must be a worry - I would feel as if my right arm had been cut had I not got mine.
Hugs & thanks for the visit, Neet 6 xx
Wonderful bargains! That fabric is a score indeed. I sometimes think that a real budget makes us a lot more inventive and definitely more considered in our purchasing! My gosh those lumps of stone are gorgeous, (that’s how much I know about jewellery making,), I can see them becoming as ‘go to’ pendants as the beautiful beaded one. One for each side of the year in terms of colour, huh!
Well done for sticking to your budget .... and some left over!
I am lost when my laptop won't work, even ironing is better then no laptop!!!
have a good week

HI Tracey, love your jewellery pieces, I do love the semi precious stones. I bought a whole load of small cabochon stones and made myself about 30 pairs of earrings from them. That was a great deal on the Sizzix dies! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #2 XxX
Darn it, I always miss these craft shows - I've never been! I've signed up for their newsletter to remind me in future. Might try to make the one in November. Loving your rustic jewellery - and what great bargains for under £50! The only way for me to attend one of these craft shows is with some cash as I wouldn't trust myself with a credit card LOL! Have a lovely week, Tracey! zsuzsa #26
What a fabulous lot of stash, I love the packs of beads - I can never resist beads! The jewellery is beautiful - I love the necklace and those pendants are stunning, I've never heard of Impression Jasper before so am definitely going to be on the lookout for that. Well done sticking to the budget - the only way I've ever managed to do that is to only take cash along and leave all my bank cards behind!!
Hope you have a great week using all your lovely new stash,
Diana xx #24

So proud of you to keep within your budget. I always spend more than I should whenever I attend one. But I do tell myself, are you going to use it now? That helps me some! LOL. Have a great week. Dorlene #40
HI Tracey. No worries about staging or being late 'round. We all have those days. Hope your computer issues are fixed and you can have a productive week! Creative Blessings! Kelly #29
That is always so fun to find things that you love that will work on deep discounts :) Love the gems that has to be way more exciting to touch them all in person to decide what you can do with them. :) ( I am totally bitten by the paper bug still to this day but, my mama makes jewelry and carves wood so, I have poked around in her bins for fun) Thanks for the earlier visit, ~Stacy #37
Ooooh Tracey, lovely new stash, and that necklace is just dreamy! I love it! Very much my style. Thank you so much for your lovely comment and I'm glad that I was able to trigger such happy memories of Teignmouth for you. I simply loved both our visits and know it won't be the last time we go. It is so quirky and arty and I could really see myself living there! Glad you liked the ethnic haul I managed to get. Boho style is so characterful and also so comfortable to wear, and also fits whatever size you are - I've got stuff I have worn all through my weight gain to obese and back again to acceptable BMI!! Other stuff has had to bite the dust. 21 years is far too long - high time you came down and visited again!
Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #28
You got some great deals, especially with the dies, which I love to collect too. Your necklace is gorgeous, and would love to see what you do with the new jasper pendants that you purchased. Thanks for your recent visit to my blog and blessings!
Lots of exciting stash and the jewellery is lovely. xx Jo
