WoywW #627

 Hello everyone,

Desk sharing day @ the stamping ground
let me start by sharing some happy mail I received from our
hostess Julia. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness,
just the boost I needed after a tiring week, I love them 😘

So what's on my workdesk this Wednesday..??

Finished and framed those needlework pieces shown last week.
They are patterns from Rowandean Morti, I know the first can be
found in Katrina Wittens Landscapes & Flowers embroidery book.

apart from that there's been plenty of this when care duties are done.
Those aquarel studiolight flower books are a great way chill out after
a busy day and it's a treat to be sat outside in my blooming garden.

Thank you for your kind words last week regarding my MIL,
she's still on a very slow road to recovery.

Take care everyone &
Happy WoywW...
Tracey xx

Wish I had a dil like you to rely on as I get progressively older. With all the love and care you are giving to your mil she should recover quicker than expected.
The embroidery is beautiful, and as I said last week, I am amazed at all your talent.
The painting of the flowers is beautiful, absolutely, and the setting in your sunny garden is just perfect.
Take care of yourself as well as MIL.
Love and Hugs to you both, Neet 5 xx

Hi Tracey. Lovely to have a glance of your gorgeous garden, the lovely needlework projects and the watercolour flowers too. Thanks for mentioning the June challenge at Creative Artiste, I'll have a look at it. I've been crafting but to be honest I've not looked at any challenges recently as I've been occupied with my mum which I know you will understand. Have fun and a happy woyww, Angela x17x

Your embroideries are so beautiful, Tracey, and you have chosen the perfect frames for them which really set them off. Beautiful work altogether. Your flower painting is fabulous, too, and I can well understand you wanting to sit at the table outside, looking out over your lovely garden. Let's hope for plenty of warm sunny days to enjoy our gardens again this year!

Thank you for your sweet comment and all your good wishes for my treatment. A sense of humour is absolutely essential in my opinion! If you keep looking, there's always something you can find the funny side of!

Happy WOYWW,

I don’t know how you do it all…your garden is immaculate. Not sure I could sit and paint just there, I wouldn’t be able to tear my eyes from the garden….yep, I’d be smug! Having said that, your painting is glorious and the perfect subject for outdoors therapy! The stitchings are gorgeous Tracey, how patient you are, and how marvellous they look in those lovely frames.

Beautiful embroidery (my limit is cross stitch) and absolutely stunning flowers. What a wonderful place to sit and paint. It does us good to get outside doesn't it, although I know it won't be long before I'm saying it's too hot! Bye for now, Lisa-Jane #8
