Woyww #609

 Hello everyone,

How you all doing?

First Wednesday desk share of 2021
sneaking in the backdoor over @ the stamping ground
think I might just make it before Thursday if I hurry..😊

Busy in the background of January any spare time was taken up re-organising
my creative space, fixing broken things, revamping storage for tiny spaces
and working on some promised things i'd just not got around to...

The sorting out stage can be very uninspiring.. booo

What to do with the pile of.. I NEED IT ALL..?

Found a couple of 3D embossed panels crushed amongst it,
a wash of ink makes them much more respectable..

Lots of snow last week, Freya tried sneaking snowballs home after walkies.

Nice to sit and enjoy an early morning cuppa before another day begins

With the rapid roll out of the Covid Vaccine's in my area it's been an
important job for me during January to get people to their destination..

Take care everyone
I'll catch up with you all asap.

Stay safe
Tracey xx

Tracey, I love your workspace and I fall in love anew each time I visit your blog!

I am using the Swedish Death Cleaning method to declutter my studio and man oh man is it painful! I might just need therapy after this!

Your panels are lovely. What a great stash find.

I am sure your effort to get people to their destinations is appreciated! Have a fabulous day and the remainder of the week!

Hi Tracey. Oh my - that sort out is painful... Trust you won't need to be revived when it is all finished... I love your hexagon shaped storage thingies for your pens. They are fabulous. The embossed panels are great - very useable as you say. Poor Freya does rather look as if she is drowning in snowballs!
Take care. God bless.

ahhh, sorting our spaces is something we all put off until we really have to, but it's worth doing as your discoveries have proved.

I was intrigued by Chana's comment and the mention of Swedish Death Cleaning. Something that's finally been given a name to - my Mum is in the process of starting that at 89 (she hoards documents, music and paper from many years ago) and although she's not a frail lady, she's refusing all assistance from my sister who lives nearest. Other than to let sis take the trash out for her.

Your tidy up looks good Tracey and the 3D rose looks stunning, and that's a fabulous picture of snowy Freya.
I'm sure your 'chaufer' efforts are well appreciated. Stay safe, Avril xx

Lovely to see you back, you are really getting stuck in to your sorting. What gorgeous panels you found, I wish I came across beauties like that when I have a sort out! I love Freya's little boots - we used to have a spaniel that spent her whole snowy walks sitting down in front of us with her paw up so we could remove each little ice ball between the pads of her feet - she was the most un-spanielish spaniel we ever had!
Hope you have a good week, you are doing a fantastic job helping people with their transport - stay safe and well,

Hi Tracey, great to see you again, well done with the re-organising. I had to smile at Freya, we got Maisie and Stan some jackets with detachable sleeves/legs for the same reason as it takes quite a while to get rid of the snow once it's stuck on. Take care my friend. Hugs, Angela xXx

Looks like you've been busy reorganising and your craft desk is looking all spick and span now - yay! Loving your beautiful makes, those roses are breathtaking and love how you incorporated the hand on your page 😀. Oh my, I smiled at Freya and the snowballs ...lol ...hope she enjoyed the snow ❄️. Take care and wishing you well! Hugs, Jo x

You join a great crowd of others busy sorting out their crafty spaces, Tracey! You all make me feel really guilty because the mess remains... a mess in my studio! One day I shall get round to sorting it all out and having a good tidy up. At the moment I'm just shutting the door on it and trying to forget about it! I'm not in papercrafting mode at the moment but concentrating on crochet so perhaps I need my paper mojo back before I feel up to tackling it.

Freya made me really laugh with her snowballs! Poor little thing - they must have made her legs really cold!

Happy belated WOYWW,

Hi Tracey! The new year is a time of re-organizing a sorting out. I'm always finding things I've totally forgotten about (and hopefully haven't re-bought!) during those times. I still have a bunch of stamps to unmount before I forget I have them at all. And I also have a few piles likes yours (Hubby has whole rooms of it) where I can't get rid of anything! That cuppa looks so good, and I'm so cold right now, I think I will go make one for myself! Thanks for your visit, have a great week, and stay safe! Lindart #33

It was definitely worth tidying up if only to find those beautiful panels. Reorganising, de-stashing is always so hard but so necessary when there are so many wonderful new products to get our hands on! Your work area always looks so inviting...

Freya looks so adorable with the snowballs on her legs! Keep safe and well. Anne xx

Hi Tracey, a very late visit, sorry! I have started to get serious about getting rid of some things, but they went to the children my sister works with - lots of images that I will never use up. Love your little journal and a great message to self! Angela #17

Forgot to mention the snowballs, it’s amazing how it builds on on their legs isn’t it x

Good job on the sorting! I usually get waylaid when I am doing such things as I find too many things I need to look at/play with...
Happy WOYWW!
Stay safe and keep well!
I am hoping to visit everyone this week – unfortunately last week I just couldn’t make it…

Thank you for your return visit, Tracey. I agree, our little furry babies do rule the roost! Our two have a real sense of entitlement where the new furniture is concerned, hence my softie hubby sitting on the floor or on a hard chair! I'm not nearly so soft - in fact I always say "My heart is flint." It's not that easy to displace them, though - we get lots of protests!

I'm so glad you are enjoying the progress of the kitty throw. I'm definitely into the home stretch with the squares now, and I think the finished result will be a lot of fun.

Hope to see you tomorrow!
