Happy Wednesday Everyone,
It's time to link up with Julia over at the stamping ground
and share what's going on on our work desk as it's WOYWW #498.
Hope your all nearly ready for the festivities..??
It's gift wrapping day today and i'm sharing a card I received from
Angela and a unopened gift from Dorthe. It's beautifully wrapped and jingles..
Seems such a shame to unwrap it... Thank you ladies xx
Still lots to do before the big day but my Tree is up..
I love this little one eared Old Edward.
We always wait until the Tree is up before we open our cards...
This one raised a smile..
Hubby and I have decided to recycle last years Christmas cards to each other
and give them again. I can see this become commonplace each year from now on.
It's his Birthday tomorrow..
If i'd have thought about it I could have recycled last years card below!!
Merry Christmas, take care & enjoy the festivities.
I'll be round to visit your desks before the big day.
Creative Hugs
Tracey xx
I'll be back on Friday with my Christmas Wishes of 2018.

The four candles card is great! Hope you have a good wrapping day (doing mine tonight) Wishing you a very Merry Christmas. Helen #1 (or 2)
Merry Christmas Tracey. My hubby's birthday is on Monday and I haven't made his card yet. I might try this recycling idea lol. Have a great week. Sarah #4
We’ve been recycling our cards to each other for years Tracey haha.
I like your idea of opening all your cards at once. I’m going to think about that for next year. It would feel like a little ceremony and then anyone I’d missed is send them a new year card instead.
Thanks for getting my brain ticking over so early in the day.
Happy Christmas to you and yours
Lynn :8 xx
Hello Tracey I love that Four Candles card.
Have a wonderful Christmas. Anne #12
Happy Birthday to your hubby Tracey!

Big hugs, have a beautiful Christmas in case we don't "see" us until then!

Ha, that four candles card made me laugh! Your idea of swapping the same card each year was something that my parents did, starting in the 70s...it was an awful padded card (remember them?!) about 12" tall and Dad would write a new message in each year...it was quite the family tradition to read it after Mum had. Happy days :-D
Have.a wonderful Christmas with your family!

Hi Tracey, yes some lovely Christmas things in your post .. do love one eared Edward, he’s really wonderful!! I’d love one like that, our bears didn’t survive our many moves which was a shame.
Happy WOYWW and happy Christmas, every blessing upon it for you all.

Hi Tracey, fab cards! Especially the Four Candles! Seems sad that eventually, no-one is going to get the joke as the years pass by. Enjoy the wrapping. Have a lovely Christmas, love from us both. Shaz #5 XxX
I stop by for the last time this year to say hello and wish you happy holidays. That little bear in the tree is so cute, I love (personal) traditions like that! Love from Holland, Marit #22
Hi Tracey. I just LOVE that candle card - brilliant!!! Sitting here with a great big smile on my face at the thought of opening an envelope and being greeted with it! What a beautiful idea - to put an old Edward on the tree!
Have a very special Christmas.
Take care. God bless.

Dear Tracey, so cozy to see my packet to you laying there on your table , you are not as nosy as I am , lol-
A lovely tradition,to open up all cards together, when the tree is up , I can tell you have a cozy tree . Here it only comes inside the 23`th and then , my daughter and the grandkids helps to decorate it. Well Gustav 18 years is not very interested ,lol.
This year they arrive early , so we will do it again, together :-)
Happy Birthday to your hubby , last years card was fantastic .
Big hugs dear , thank you for the pm , and big hugs to you - <3 xoxo

Such lovely cards and Christmas decorations to see and enjoy.
A big part of my Christmas cheer is wrapping the gifts and placing them under our tree. It becomes so festive and amagical ππ π
Wishing You and Yours a Great Holiday Season ❄☃❄
Great idea about recycling cards. My hubby and I were just discussing something similar - laughing that he often buys me the same card. I always make his, but I'm sure I could recycle them too. Merry Christmas and Happy birthday to your hubby. Mine was yesterday. December babies are special :) Dorlene #29
Such a lovely post today Tracey, I do love the four candles, I will never forget that scene from the Two Ronnies, it makes me smile even today. Your bear in the tree is a delight too. I think we are ready for the big day too, I a sure I will have forgotten something though.... family arriving tomorrow, hope I don't need to be absent for too long. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and best wishes to hubby for his birthday. Hugs, Anne xx
Hi Tracey. I think if I recycled my hubbies Christmas cards he wouldn't even notice and as I've made so many I could easily go back to some earlier ones. Anyway...Just want to wish you the best for Christmas and hope it's full of fun too. Thank you for all the great comments and wishing you a lovely woyww, Angela x17x
I do like the candle card …
Happy Birthday to your Hubby.
All the best Jan
Thank you for your visit and kind words Tracey. Such a fun desk this week. I had a neighbor who had 8 children, each year the same card went back to the person with the new date and a new message. Wishing you and yours the joy of the season and a very Merry Chrisitmas
Hi Tracey, Love the one eared teddy.
Did chuckle at the ForkCandles:) People younger than me probably wouldn't get it.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Happy WOYWW

Hi Tracey, those Elves are really keeping an eye one you! I do like the idea of recycling Christmas Cards, and your tradition of waiting until the tree is up to open your cards. We only get a few, and our tree goes up pretty early, so it wouldn't work for us, but maybe Christmas Eve. . .I like the idea of opening them as an "event"! Thank you for your visit, hope your Christmas is Happy, peaceful and fun! Hugs, Lindart #27
Love your one-eared Ted and elves Tracey, and those cards are crackers! Four candles made me smile too.

Thanks for your return visit, Tracey, and I'm so glad you liked my heart projects! They were such fun to make. I am looking forward to tackling the little frames my hubby gave me, and using some more wallpaper which makes such fabulous backgrounds. I don't think I'll get the pants before Christmas but at least they seem to be getting their skates on now to make them for me asap. I am so fed up with all these delays! I've seen people printing with cut vegetables etc. and I must give this a try. Next year I'm hoping to get into gel printing and that might be a way to use it. Thanks for the suggestion!
Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #13
Those elves look very busy on your desk ...lol π. The four candles Christmas card made me smile, don't you just love the Two Ronnies! I'm loving the birthday card too, we had a pint (or two, grin!) of Hobgoblin the other day in a local pub - yum! Sending Happy Brithday wishes to your hubby and wishing you a wonderful day! Merry Christmas! J π x
Love the 4 candles card Tracey! Merry Christmas! x Jo
