2018 Baker's Dozen

Hello Creative Friends

Just like last year my final post of the year I leave you
with a Baker's Dozen of my favourite artwork of 2018.

It's certainly been a difficult year and at times would have been
easier to close the creative door but your support has kept it ajar.

Thank you everyone for your encouragement and support throughout
this trying year. You are all amazing with the warmest of hearts.

Back to Front

Blogging is an important part of my creative self expression, trying to cater for all
as I capture those moments and processes whilst flicking through the pictures.

I'm looking forward to discovering a new chapter in 2019 and
hoping to continue to share a little piece of creativity with you all.

Wishing everyone a Happy, Healthy and Inspiring New Year.

Take good care Friends and *Thank YOU*

Creative Wishes
Tracey xx

I love your retrospective, Tracey. I'm in the process of trying to decide what I want to share, too. You are far, far, far more creative than I ever will be. I fell in love with your pieces, especially the rusty ones. But what really caught my eye were "Back to Front" and "Patchwork Vincent."

I'm so glad you are sticking around to share your incredible art with us and sincerely hope 2019 is a much better year for you. Don't give up hope, dear friend. Happiest of New Years, too.

Tracy, I am so honored to know you. Your are a woman of strength, courage, and a soul of honor and dignity. Take all that and you create too?!!!! :) Your art speaks, each piece has a story in it. Expressions on faces, placement of objects, every detail precise but seemingly effortless. Thank you, for sharing you, through art. I wish you only goodness for the 2019 year. I look forward to seeing all that you create. See ya next year!!!

Well I couldn’t choose between these for inspiration Tracey, although I was struck by the little pencil as the holder for the notebook spiral, so cleve, and that beautiful fisheye’re an amazing crafter.

Have you really done those portraits? They are amazing. Such talent! It is something I would love to do - paint faces really well. I do struggle but hopefully with more and more practice I will get better. Must make time for doing some more - you have encouraged me to begin in earnest.
A beautiful array of work but obviously because of the way I am I love the portraits best of all.
Hugs and all the Best for the coming year. Do hope hubby goes from strength to strength.
Sending love and Best of Wishes, Neet xxx

I am sure I speak for absolutely everybody who knows you or you have touched with your kind and encouraging words, either through blogland or personally, in saying that it would be a crying shame if you totally gave up on your crafting, you know how o feel about your artwork, and o ask understand that feeling of wanting to give it all up, when I feel like this, I allow myself to feel it, but also 're myself that I won't always feel this way, it is not always dark at 3.0 clock. Not wanting to lecture you Tracey, just don't like the thought of such a kind soul feeling down. Huuuuuge hugs to you. Xxxxx
