This wasn't what I had planned to share today but
this stamp set by Tracy Evans *Feed your Soul*
I couldn't resist purchasing as the Silver Birch
reminds me very much of the Tree
outside my Moms window..
Created with lots of stencil work, paint and paste,
the stamped image is painted with the Bird box stamped,
cut and layered multiple times on the focal flip page.
Flipped over there's more paint scrapes, pencil and
stencil first revealing a single lace lawn daisy and two
stamped birds flying high, maybe gathering materials
to start building their nest..
after months of rain flora and fauna thrive..
Spring is definitely beginning to show it's face..

I love this Tracy - such soothing colours. I love that the first panel flips over to show those busy birds.
These pages are gorgeous Tracey. I love the idea of using bits of lace for clouds. (I may have to steal that idea :) ) And those lace flowers are really lovely. It all adds such a texture to your pages. I like the tree too. Birches are such pretty trees with that white bark. I hope this post finds you well and maybe not quite so busy. hugs and Happy March. I love this spread and how well you put it all together. The extra touches are stunning and I love the lacy doilies. Wonderful stamping and painting, too. This is a beautiful entry for Chris's theme at AJJ.
Oh this is soooo beautiful Tracey and so well thought out, its lovely to see and hear the birds last couple of weeks beginning to celebrate the beauty of spring
Gorgeous pages Tracey, the bird house and tree just seem to :pop' on the first piece and then we find that wonderful spring scene on the flip over, love the different textures and lace

You are so talented, this is brilliant. I love, love love, Tracy Evans stamps too and it works perfectly, you have an eye for putting things together. Good luck with the destash too, I am about to do the same thing. My cousin is commisioner for Girl Guides where she lives and they have four Units who are more than happy to take anything crafty so they will be receiving more soon. Take care, love Angela xXx
