Hello lovely creatives
After the brightness the snow brought we've since had
nothing but drizzle, damp and darkness.. boooo!!! but
I've been blessed with a little bit of free time
this week so trying hard to kick start my mojo I've
combined a mix of new and old stash to decorate a tag.
There's tea stained doilies, torn letters and tape collaged
onto a tag, over stamped and stencilled with ink and paste.
A large embroidered flower cut from a lace fabric panel
adds opulence and romance alongside enamel hearts and
heartfelt words 😘 edged with stitch and lace...
*Every day is a Gift*
Wishing you all a bright, beautiful
and creative day Tracey xx

Adorable! -Christine cmlk79.blogspot.com
The weather certainly is dismal, roll on Spring.
Your tag is a delight, such a lovely collage effect with lots of interest and the lace flower such a lovely idea. So nice to see you at Tag-Along (and ATC's) challenge, thank you.

So pretty, Tracey. Love that gold trim, it catches my eye. Winter storm Fern is scheduled to hit the USA this weekend, and after almost a week of no sun (which is odd down here on the Texas gulf coast), it may be another week of clouds. January is our dreariest month so it's performing well lol. Hope you are cozy and warm, xoxo
This is so beautifully crafted and thoughtfully designed, fabulous!!!
It's cold and very stormy here, and we're supposed to get snow this weekend!
Have a lovely weekend anyway!
Hugs Elke
Absolutely gorgeous collaged tag, love all the texture and beautiful embroidered flower and lace -drizzle, damp, dark definitely weather with a capital DDD.

This is a beautiful tag. You've picked such pretty bits from your stash and you've combined it to great effect on this tag. Thanks for sharing with us at Tag-along (and ATCs).
Tracey, this is breathtaking. I have always admired how you can put different items together to create beauty. Please join in with Sunday in the Art Room. Just a place to share. Have a very nice day.
Really beautiful and creative.
A beautiful tag Tracey, love the collaged background and all the different textures. The fabric flower is the perfect finish.
Thanks for sharing at Try it on Tuesday. Avril xx
Very sweet and so detailed (yes, you wrote you get lost in that in your "About Me" and it sure is true :-)...)
Beautiful.
What a gorgeous, layered tag love how you mixed textures and vintage elements! The embroidered flower really stands out.
Wow Tracey, what a gorgeous tag, I love all the cloth details and textures. They work so well with paper, don't they? And maybe you picked those colors because of the dreariness? I know I am using spring colors because of the cold and snowy. Smile. I'm glad you found some time for a bit of art. If you're anything like me it helps lifts your spirits. Happy new week ahead. hugs-Erika
Tracey, I'm thrilled that you shared this gorgeous art piece with Sunday in the Art Room SITAR. The part that you wrote about kick starting your mojo is perfect for this week. Many artist have to kick themselves ha ha to get creating. And look at these results. Masterful beauty. Thank you for sharing with SITAR and have a lovely day.
So pretty!
The weather certainly has been dismal, roll on Spring.
I do like your art piece, it looks beautiful.
All the best Jan
Your tag is so beautiful Tracey, fantastic art.
Loving your flower tag, it's beautiful. If we had snow at home like we had it in France we'd all be smiling. Deep snow and bright sunshine, what could be better. The only trouble when you've been away is that there's cases to empty, washing to dry and Mr Mojo is still in the French Alps so I'm waiting for him to return! Sending hugs Angela xXx
A beautiful tag Tracy. So many lovely details to look at. Thank you for linking with us at Try it on Tuesdays.
And thanks for joining Try It on Tuesday also!
Lovely tag, indeed 😍
Tracey, have a wonderful day and the new month ahead 😘
