Creative Artiste ~ February Mixed Media Challenge #79

Hello Creative Friends

Welcome to Creative Artiste first Challenge of 2022
our theme is always Anything Mixed Media Goes...

Today i'm sharing the beginnings of my February Junk Journal.
Created from recycled packaging, old papers and scraps
documenting my days like a diary with pictures...

As February is often related to the month of love, I'm filling my pages with
things I adore and cherish, vintage scraps, washi tape, lace and ephemera
held together with a fashioned flowery lace heart closure and wax seal.

A handmade twisted wire heart embellishes a mini bookmark, crafted from
pretty little scraps sewn together all just too precious to throw away.

This February Junk Journal's story has only just begun..

Whether you choose to use paper, paint and stencils, alter projects,
create journal pages, ATC's, Tags, Cards and more if you create using a
variety of media we'd love you to share your makes with us over HERE

 Creative hugs & warm wishes
Tracey xx

Tracey, your February Junk Journal looks amazing. How fun to be able to keepsake all your happenings during the month in this great looking journal. I’d be out making things happen just so I could spend lots of time playing with the journal.

I really MUST make one of those junk journals, but mine will never be as creative and beautiful as yours, I adore it. It's a real beauty. That heart is unbelievable, but it is all so clever and beautifully crafted. I look forward to seeing other pages as they unfold. This romantic and very feminine journal is definitely your style. Tracey. Thanks for sharing it with us at Art Journal Journey using Bleubeard's and my theme.
