Oh boy it's AUGUST already..!
It's Wednesday again and time to sneak a peep at those workspaces
courtesy of our Host Julia over at her stamping ground.
Today it's all about labelling on my workspace.
Not very exciting I know..
Not very exciting I know..
This is my first job of the day before rush hour as i'm fed up of
scratching my head wondering where things are or in which box.
I finished the A3 journal page I was playing with last week.
Some may already have seen my *Patchwork Vincent*
I know someone asked where I got the Vincent Washi from,..
Well not wanting to advertise any auction sites I can tell you that this one has a Bay
that begins with the letter that comes after D... You'll find plenty there .. hee hee!!
Look forward to catching up with you all.
Creative Wishes
& Happy WOYWW

Very pretty on your patchwork page and love the washi hugs Nikki 2
Enjoy your August! Hugs, Valerie
I just cannot cope without labelling. The annoying thing is that they keep dropping out of the slots on the cabinets, but I label everything. Now what does that say about me?
Love the patchwork Vincent, I am a bit of a Gogh fan so can feel a trip to the Bay coming on. Ooh, so much envy from me today Tracey, love your post.
Hugs, Neet 4 xx
Well organized! WOW! And this washi tapes really look AWESOME!
Happy WOYWW and happy start of August to you dear Tracey!
Hugs,
Susi
Happy WOYWW. I love washi tape. However, my budget does not allow me to buy what I want - so another reason to do digital crafting. I can make my own designs. I also love to label - and found my little label printer a few weeks ago. Need to get batteries in it and see if it still works. That gives me an idea for a digital design! Ali x #7
I know what you mean regarding the limited budget and the majority of crafty items I purchase is from money's I've saved from piece's i've managed to sell.
It's a happy balance. Sadly many bits like the washi I have to buy from overseas as it works out so much cheaper but worth the wait xx
Morning Tracey, I'm all in favour of labelling stuff, there's nothing worse than knowing what you want is in a beige tin, and being faced with 20 to choose from, once they are labelled, you save so much time.
Love the "Van Gogh"

I just love the A3 journal Tracey, Labels are great I have done that and its so nice knowing where things are,

Love the journal page Tracey. I didn't even know washi tape came in such an array of possibilities. I feel for you with the labelling; it was the first thing that I did with the new Oxides when they came. Have a great week. Sarah #19
Just wanted to stop by and say hello. Still loving that Vincent painting.
Labels are good. I think you have a better label maker than I. Mine has an old daisy wheel. Have a great Wednesday, Tracey.
Hi Tracey, awesome pieces, Van Gogh is one of my favourite artists. We are off to Holland in September, driving up through France & Belgium, and I know somewhere on our route there is a Van Gogh museum, I've forgotten exactly where it is now, but have it in the itinerary to visit!Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #5 XxX
Ooh, thanks for the heads up - I love Vincent! (Have you seen the stunning film 'Loving Vincent'?)
A very happy WOYWW to you!

Brilliant, as always. August....don't like this month as it makes me another year older.xx
Lovely artwork. I'm all for a bit of labeling too. Karen 26
How clever! Looks fab, Jo x
I need to do some labeling! Can you come over? LOL! :) Great progress and page and the tape is so very cool! Hugs, Autumn
Wow, your Vincent painting is fabulous, and I love the washi tape too - I'm off to look for some as I have a bit of an obsession with washi tape!
Hope you have a great week,

Love, love the Vincent painting. Well done on the labelling ... I had a sort out ages ago and started labelling everything, but need to finish. Thanks for sharing. Hope you have a good day - Hazel, WOYWW #15 x
oh nooooo, why did you show all the gorgous washi tape! will ignore the want monster now, haha! gorgeous art journal page too <3 Happy WOYWW xox Cheetarah #30
Lol, I love your labelling obsession, there's nothing wrong with that at all :-D. Your Vincent LO is awesome, it really captures the feel of his art!
Hugs LLJ 8 xx
Hello dear, and first thank you for your loving note, I`m so happy you like her, and will write if not today, then tomorrow .
I could use some labels, too, to this place, where everything, even with my rather big room, is not to easily find. The masking tape, looks great Tracey, as does your Vincent piece.
Big hug from me, and kisses too-
Dorthe, xxxxx
I don't want to pour oil on... but I label everything and still cannot find anything when I need it - I am pretty hopeless!
PS - I keep that particular template size in my head as I seem to make them quite often, it is one of the few things I can actually remember - lol! Hugs, Anne xx
As soon as I saw your picture, Tracey, I thought "That reminds me of Van Gogh" and then read the text! It's brilliant. Also those fabby tapes. I've never heard of that before. Well done with the labelling, very organised. I'm rather lazy I'm afraid - I just stick address labels on recycled boxes and write on them. Nothing very attractive. I did have dreams once of decorating all my boxes and making fancy labels on them to make my studio look pretty but that one bit the dust lol! I've hardly got time and energy to be in there making projects, let alone prettying up the room! Oh well...
Thank you for your great comment. I'm glad you enjoyed reading about my various livestock - kitties and lively sourdough starter lol! Esmeralda is now dormant and behaving as she should, safe in the fridge again. I think I overfed her. She's more likely to be lively when it's hot rather than when it's cooled down. Glad you like my little cat trio too - I simply couldn't resist buying it, esp. as it was so cheap too. The old music doesn't smell particularly nice - what smell there is is just a bit musty! (You must be like me, smelling everything to get the full sensory experience lol!)
Happy WOYWW,

Hi Tracey, a woman after my own heart! I've been thinking of buying a labeller as I can never remember where I have put anything! Love patchwork Vincent, very colourful! Have a lovely week Heather x #34
Hi Tracey, you've reminded me that I need to do some new labelling but just need to find some time too. Useful piece of kit you have there. Have a great woyww and a lovely crafty week, Angela x17x
There’s nothing better than getting organised I have a plastic box fetish that doesn’t seem to look like it will stop any time soon
Love

I am not going to try and crack your code cos I just spent a fortune on Winsor Newton brush markers and must not MUST NOT buy anything else. No tempting me! I love your Van Gogh patchwork - spot on!
Have a lovely week,
Carmen x #35

Patchwork Vincent is so lovely! You really captured the spirit in your artwork. You made me laugh out loud with your hints for the auction site :)
Happy Painting!

I saw the 'Vincent painting' and again: It's beautiful!!! Thanks for you stopping by my blog commenting on the bed sheets (I made them myself last year) - I don't want to sleep in that bed much though as my hubby misses me beside him then ;) It is yet another tropical day in the Netherlands but I wanted to pay you a visit back so here I am, sweaty and all, sending you a hug from Holland. Marit #23
Labeling! ha!! Thanks for reminding me Tracey! I have to do the same! I have drawers and drawers of stuff to be labled, I think next rainy day I should do this!

HI Tracey, I LOVE your Vincent-esque journal page, its wonderful. I'm gradually labelling my stash as well - killing two birds with one stone by using my giant pile of alpha stickers :o) Have a great week. Annie C #12
