What's on my Wednesday Workdesk 590

Hello everyone,

Desk sharing day over @ the stamping ground

Here's WoywW 590 just some painted stamped leaves
and a handful of cards in need of the right sentiment.

Another busy week in the garden making headway for that new lawn,
I know what you're thinking but it really is just a mound of earth...😅

and this one's especially for Julia..

Our hostess was very taken last week by Hobby Poo 😂
Impossible to part with the old boy during the clear out..
Call it *Loco in lockdown* perched behind my garden bench
he's a quiet companion whist I enjoy my first cuppa of the day..

Care duty errands to run this morning but I look forward
to seeing what's on your work desk's upon return.

Stay safe & creative everyone
Hugs Tracey xx

Finally one to comment on! I love your autumnal leaves. Funny I just saw a news snippet at the end of something I recorded, showing the changing leaves as a swash of colour on a satellite image. It made me imagine what it will be like in a few weeks. I miss driving Skyline Drive near my home in the USA and seeing the fall colours burst out of the summer green. Maybe one day when air travel comes back....

Happy WOYWW!

That last pic made me smile - the best sort of companion, listens ot all your woes but doesn't offer an opinion of his own!! ;-). It does look as if yo've buried something in your back yard, remind me never to cross you Tracey, lol. Gorgeous utumnal leaves reflecting what's going on outside at the moment.

Gorgeous leaves! I'm sure whatever you create with them will be awesome! I hope you and Poo enjoy the new garden! Thank you for the kind words about my DD's wedding. I think it was actually better with just 20 people rather than 120! Have a wonderful week, stay safe, Lindart #32

Wow Tracey, I went to find the comment box and scrolled a bit further and bumped into your incredible dimensional art from you last post. I love it. I especially liked the dimensional seashells or stars in the background. So beautiful. Oh and I see more in today's post than just mound of dirt. I see a mound of possibilities! I can't wait to see when it's all done. I like all of your potted plants. The painted leaves look so good and make me think of fall. Leaves are slowly beginning to turn here. I like fall. Thanks for the visit and stay well.

I love the colours of the autumn leaves, and yours are just gorgeous. I am sure you will make something lovely with them.

Thank you for visiting. I agree about soul-mates! About our wall - the gate post is now back in place. My hubby got some help from a couple of neighbours and they've stuck it back on with some special glue, and my hubby has repointed the damaged part. The gate isn't rehung yet because the bracket is broken.

Oooh yes Tracey, get those socks on!!! I have to wear them all the time because of my peripheral neuropathy but it's no hardship because I've got a drawer-full of different coloured ones to co-ordinate with all my clothes! I love my socks!

Happy WOYWW,

Happy Belated WOYWW. Loving those leaves. Thought they were printed photographs when I first glanced at the piccie. I hope that Poo is now in the warm house - it is cold and wet here this morning, and our underfloor heating has turned itself on downstairs. Might even put the radiators on upstairs for a couple of hours later. My craft room is getting chilly. Ali x #34

Happy Belated WOYWDW Love those leaves looking good, I also have cards to put a sentiment on but sometimes leave them blank as some can be used for all things

"Just" some leaves - gosh I wish I could paint leaves so beautifully as that. What are you going to do with the sheet now - cut them out and use them on cards? They are beautifully done.
Lovely to see you in real life with Poo, hope he enjoys his mornings spent with you in the sunshine as much as you do. Is he surveying the digging over of the ground before the new lawn is laid? And who is doing the lawn laying? Not a job I would tackle myself or it would be a bit bumpy.
Hugs, Neet 7 xx

You’re so casual, just a few cards waiting for a sentiment and a few painted leaves....they look awesomely lovely! I was just thinking about how the seasons influence our crafting, and pop, there you are proving it in big style. And you’re right, that ‘mound of soil’ has all the makings of the introduction to a novel, never mind a new grassy area in your garden!,

Julia Dunnit said...

I pressed publish too soon....So Pooh gets a reprieve huh.....I hope when you’re out there keeping each other company that you don’t let him call you Piglet!

Those leaves are stunning! they look real and look at your stack of cards ! I'm in a total rut at the moment ,can't produce anything. I made a load of cards for a friend in the village who asked for lots of cards with cats on, took them to her yesterday and now I'm sitting here and can't think of anything to do.

Just a few leaves and cards the lady says! If I had half of that on my desk at the moment I would be absolutely delighted. The leaves are gorgeous and I love the Strelitzia card.

I do hope that you will have some crafty time this weekend and that you keep safe and well my friend. Hugs, Anne xxx
