What's on YOUR workdesk Wednesday #509

Hello Creative Friends.
Opps, i'm late up today, first lie in since 1994 I believe, i'm
not even sure how to spell it let alone do it but I enjoyed it!

So it's Wednesday again... where did that last week go?
It's check in time over at Julia's Stamping Ground as it's
WoywW #509 and time to see what's on other creatives desk.

I forgot to show you my February Scrawlr box last week.
Inside was a new discovery for me the Karin brushmarker Pro.
Being a bit of a pen/marker nerd these had passed me by...

I had to buy more of those non toxic dye based inks with their Japanese
nib and a clear barrel I can see exactly how much ink is left... Sigh!!
I'm looking forward to seeing exactly what they can do.

I've been paint pot sorting this week after discovering some
that had seen better days. Thankfully my IndigoBlu paints are as
good as new, good going as some must be at least 6/7 years old.

Thank you for all your well wishes and remedies to help our
wee Dog last week. After lots of research and phone calls
she's now under a new Veterinary surgery who are interested
in studying her case. I'll keep you all posted.

More Family Birthday celebrations this weekend.
Hope you all have a good one too.

Take good care everyone,
i'll be along to visit asap.

Hugs Tracey xx

P.S If anyone is having problems reading my new font size remember you can
change the size by holding down the Ctrl key and using the + or - Key:
+ to make it bigger and - to make it smaller of course 😊

Will be interesting to see what those pens actually do and hear your review of them. I am a sucker for pens! Have curbed my spending of late but .... can always be persuaded to buy.
I had no idea what a Scrawlr Box was, thought it a name you had given to something but then I looked it up. Now I see - sounds good to me.
Glad you feel you are getting somewhere with your little dog - it must be a worry for you but hopefully this new vet will be able to help.
Hope hubby is doing much better too.
Hugs, Neet 7 xx

Happy WOYWW. I love pens too. My collection is one thing I kept when I was clearing out my craft room. A lot of them are elderly now - some were bought in 2004 - but most are still working. Hope your dog is ok. Ali x #11

Great collection of pens. I have more makers and pens than I really need, but I still love playing with them! Have a great Wednesday, hugs, Valerie

Your desk area looks well organized. Clear barrels so you can see how much ink is left is a good design idea by the manufacturer. Happy crafting.

I envy your pens - I have very poor supply of pens etc. as I make more digitally but would like to draw and paint more. We have here in shops quite limited brands. Of course we can bye via internet, but I know so little about them. OK, I continue with what I have ;)
Hope your dear Dog is well soon!

PS. The text size and type is very good for my eyes.
Have a great day xx

Oooooh, I have pen envy! I do like a selection of colours and styles, it's a bit of a thing of mine. It's also good that those paints haven't dried out, hurrah! You pay a lot of money for stash like that so it's only right that it should last a fair while.

Dear Tracey, I know noone, with so many pens like you :-) I know you will create beauty with your new ones , too. I also just found out that I have several things, almost dried out, among them some crackle :-( I guess we all have too much to really use it in time, lol.
Tracey I so hope the new vet will be able to find out what is wrong , and able to help.
No answers for me yet !! Have a lovely rest of the week, dear friend. Hugs from me . xoxo

What is it exactly about pens and markers?!? I have a good collection of both and need to really thin them out but I can't imagine doing that!!!

Happy WOYWW

I love the iris stamp - that's a stunner, and the water colouring is beautiful. I also love the little purple flower on the small card - it's so sweet. Enjoy your new markers - there are so many on the market it all gets a bit mind-boggling as to which to get!
Have a great week,

I love pens, (who doesn't!) but those are a new one on me, I will watch with interest! I have started trying to visit some blogs from work, but it is all so small on my phone I have given up again and wait till I get home! Helen #4

Ah a pen with a clear barrel is not only genius, it’s a work of art for us who NEED to see these things! I hope you have a lot of fun with them. What’s the big blue pen in front?? Glad you had a lie in...since my brain op nearly 3 years ago, I have to be woken, or I’d sleep the clock round!

Oh my, a pen I have never heard of, will have to investigate them and see how you get on with them. I like the idea of being able to see the amount of leftover ink. So pleased to hear about the dog, a study might show something up - well I hope so anyway!

Amidst the celebrations I hope you get another lie in, have a good weekend! Hugs, Anne xx

Hi Tracey. Pleased to hear you are getting somewhere with poor hubby and the dog. It's bad enough having one poorly family member but two is too many. Interesting collection of goodies on your desk and lovely card too. Wishing you (hopefully) a lovely creative week and a happy woyww, Angela x16x

It was a busy day for me yesterday so I'm just playing catch up with visiting my blogging friends. The Stick Man outfit was completed and looked really lovely but.....more about that on my Friday blog post. :-)
You look to be very organised....I love a collection of pens too but am not very good at using them just in case they run out lol.
Hugs,

Hi Tracey. I've been awol for a few weeks, so missed the fact that your dog is unwell - hope the new vet will be able to help. Well done discovering old inks and paints that still work well - hope you find more.
Take care. God bless.

Hi Tracey so kind of you to pop by. Love the Iris on your desk. Have to admit not heard of a Scrawlr Box going to look it up :-) I do have quite a few markers, pens etc. I don't use them nearly enough. Hugs Anne x #14

ooh looking forward to see how the pens work, that is the good thing about schemes like the scrawlr box as it introduces new stash that we otherwise may not try.
Glad the new vet sounds an improvement too
