Creative Artiste ~ Anything Goes Mixed Media Challenge #120

 Hello Creatives

our theme is always *Anything Mixed Media Goes*

Autumn arrived and my October project shows how the beauty
of the season inspires me. On a paint scraped background I
stamped script, heat embossed with gold embossing powder,
hand stitching around the edge using a variety of art yarns.

Gathered Sycamore twigs covered in Lichen are attached to the
background with fabric leaves painted and enhanced with pencil,
gilded and embellished with a mix of glass beads.

Autumn truly is an inspiration..

What inspires you?

The team at Creative Artiste look forward to seeing
please come share your Mixed Media Creations @

  4. If you'd asked who inspires you I would easily say you do Tracey. I love this piece - I'm trying to add more nature based finds into my work and love that idea of the branch. Such gorgeous colours - and I really need to try and do some sewing!

  14. Wow, that is beautiful. What inspires me, I would have to say my pain level has to be what helps get me in the mood to paint or craft. I hate it is that way these days but I have no choice. Found you on Rain's page and so happy, I have not found many bloggers that craft these days or if they do, they are crafting things that is not of interest to me
