After a dark dank start to the year we've started to see
the beauty of Springtime and bursts of sunshine inspiring my
Creative Artiste #113 DT Mixed Media March project...
Recycled paper pieces, offcuts and embossed scraps have been
pasted into an old diary where a Spring scene has been sketched
with paint, pencil and pens...
With a watercolour wash and splatter skyline the pages have been edged
with wonky stitchery completed with a found quote to fit the scene...
Sighhh... take me there 😊

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, love the idea of doing it into an old diary. The spring sunshine this week has been wonderful for the soul hasn't it, the birds singing away and a few early bees out humming and just the feel of the sun on ones face - a real tonic
