Hello creative friends,
**Happy 11th Birthday WOYWW*
a crafty safe place over @ the stamping ground where we
can gather each Wednesday catch up with like minded folk
and friends to share what's on our workdesks.
Guided by Julia to work on our UFO's to celebrate year 11*
rather than the usual sharing of ATC's I've been playing with
those found objects shared in #570.
Made an ATC those paint brushes represent the number 11.
covered a new journal.. now my #just for Wednesday's!
Put some simple paint dot decoration on the folk it heart and
then attempted wet felting which is now my latest UFO 😏
The sun is up, my outdoor Woyww #572 is set up for the day
I'm raising my cuppa to Julia and ALL the WOYWW gang...
Keep creative everyone!!
Tracey xx

oh enjoy your outdoor crafty day! Loving the felted picture - not something I've tried but at some time I would love to have a go.. maybe by next year! Helen #2
ReplyDeleteHappy 11th Helen.. will be out there once Freya's needs have been attended to. I've got a lot to learn regarding wet felting you really must give it a go xx
DeleteHappy Anniversary Tracy - lovely to see you delighting us with so much artwork. I love the atc and the idea of the brushes being the number eleven. But I really do love the journal cover - did you draw those paint tubes or are they a stamp?
ReplyDeleteWet felting - and to such a high standard - is there any end to your talents? It is so pretty as is the folk art heart. Hope you are almost ready to go out and craft in the sun on this joyous day.
Enjoy1
Hugs, Neet 5 xx
Happy Anniversary Neet, oh those paint brushes & paint tubes are all stamps from Rubber Dance Stamps Artist Plate set so much quicker to stamp them than draw them :D xx
DeleteMorning Tracey. Happy 11th anniversary. Well done - all your finished projects! Great work. Are those paint brushes and tubes "real" or have you painted them? The journal cover is great - as is the wet felting - great fun isn't it? A lovely excuse to get wet and messy!
ReplyDeleteTake care. Stay safe. God bless.

ReplyDeleteHi Tracey,
ReplyDeleteWow, fabulous ATC and journal cover - I love the paint brushes and thought they were real but noticed from your comment to Neet that they are in fact stamps. They look incredibly realistic and I love the paint tubes too. Lots of lovely variety too with the gorgeous wet felting - it's great fun isn't it.

ReplyDeleteHi Tracey. I am so impressed with all of this art. Each one is fabulous. I love the felted bag and I really love that second piece. Hope you are well and things are good in your part of the world.
ReplyDeleteHI Tracey, Ooh ( I have no clue about felting but, the textures that has are just awesome) and I love that you have space to play out side. the ATC & Journal cover are really fun too) :) Happy Anniversary, ~Stacy #38
ReplyDeleteIt is so hard to believe that WOYWW is 11! I am sad to say that I joined in until the just after the 4th anniversary/birthday in 2013 - that makes me feel so old! I keep thinking I should join in again...
ReplyDeleteYour birthday ATC is brilliant and I really love the journal cover, but the wet felting is just superb. It is a good while since I did any wet felting (I only ever made flower brooches), it is such a fun craft. Your little scene is delightful and I look forward to seeing lots more now.
I hope you had a lovely day in the fresh air and sunshine. Hugs, Anne xx
Super ATC - I like how it goes out of bounds - and the matching journal's great too! I'm so glad I didn't miss the anniversary, although I didn't realise it was today until this morning! Thanks so much for your visit Tracey - hope you have a good week! zsuzsa #30
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey! Happy anniversary! Nice tribute to WOYWW ! love the ATC and your journal! And you made a a felting project - I was not brave enough to do wet felting - your embroidery looks lovely! Thank you for your kind words about my felting!

ReplyDeleteHiya Tracy and Happy Anniversary! I love the ATC with the paintbursh '11' - very clever. That felting looks rather lush as well. Thanks for the earlier visit. Happy WOYWW Anniversary, stay safe, stay well, Cinfy #26
ReplyDeleteThank you for visiting, Tracey, and for your sweet words about my tsunami of UFOs!! I can imagine you with that cupboard of doom that you dare not open!! I am so glad you liked my hubby's birthday card - he is thrilled with it, and it looks splendid on display in the sitting room with his other cards. The teabags are pretty overwhelming in quantity - Diana (Taylor) suggested I could wallpaper the house with them!! Now there's an idea... I would love to free up those boxes! Thank you for your anniversary wishes for Sunday. We will celebrate together with the kitties on their third birthday!
ReplyDeleteShoshi x #20

ReplyDeleteWow Tracey, talk about running with the challenge! Beautiful ATC and book cover, I’d never be able to move those from my desk! And I don’t journal!! I completely get what you mean about trying or starting something that then becomes another UFO, it is a bit of a phenomenon isn’t it! Love having you join in WOYWW when you can, I hope you understand how inspiring your desk is for all of us!
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey! I love your ATC and journal cover, the colours and the brushes, and the wild abandon - awesome! Your outdoor desk sounds intriguing...I have an outdoor table we don't use because hubby hates eating outdoors, I may just use it for art! Happy Anniversary, glad to be your WOYWW friend! Lindart #40
ReplyDeleteYour posts are always so inspirational and creative Tracey x. The cute ATC with the number 11 paintbrushes is a mini work of art x. Happy 11th and sending hugs x.
ReplyDeleteHello . Thanks for popping by. A rather belated Happy 11th WOYWW Anniversary. Anne x 37
ReplyDeleteOh wow, Tracey! That ATC is beautiful but then I scrolled and saw the journal and wanted it in my posession and then I scrolled again and saw your felting. It's beautiful. I wish you lived close so you could teach me. I think felting is so cool. Thank you for sharing such beautiful art. I'm outside on my deck working and sneaking in a few desks to play catch up from our WOYWW tour. It's gorgeous weather and I can't get enough of it. I am going to plant my veggies today and that always makes me happy. Thank you for the visit. Stay well and I will see you next week.
ReplyDeleteBelinda #39
Loving your felting, took my eye straight away, also the girl on your desk, assuming a pencil case of sorts.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit and sorry late in replying but life you know.... BJ#13
Wow, so many beautiful makes! I love the felting, I bet it was fun making the pretty scene with the flowers - gorgeous 😁. I hope you've had a lovely week and have been enjoying the sunshine! It's sunny here today but so windy so I'm catching up on blogging ...lol 😉. I went social distancing walking with my friend and little Ellie, Ellie didn't understand social distancing so I was lucky to get some doggie cuddles too 😉. Happy weekend! Take care! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late visiting, I'm working my way back from my number.
ReplyDeleteGreat selection of creations there, a lovely and interesting post.
Stay safe and take care
